  • Online consultation and order placement available

Order Process and Policies

Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in-person
  • All orders require a deposit or full payment as specified
  • Order confirmation will be provided via email/SMS
  • Orders are subject to availability of materials and capacity

Order Modifications

  • Changes to orders may be permitted within 24 hours of placement
  • Modifications after production begins may incur additional charges
  • Major design changes may require new order placement
  • We reserve the right to refuse modifications that affect quality

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made in writing
  • Full refund available if cancelled before production begins
  • Partial refund may apply if cancelled during production
  • No refund available after completion of tailoring

Payment Terms

  • Corporate Accounts: Special payment terms for business clients

Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of total order value required upon order placement

  • National shipping: NPR 500-1500 based on location

Customer Responsibilities

Liability and Limitations

  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages

Customer Liability

Force Majeure
